CYCLING SKILLS I (6 WEEKS)

This class is ideal for those just getting into cycling and those who are looking to find tune their basic skills. We will cover proper techniques for bike mounting, stopping, climbing, descending, cornering and group riding.

Vancouver Mondays 6:30pm-8pm

Burnaby Mondays 6:30pm-8pm 

May 11th 2020 to June 15th 2020


CYCLING SKILLS II (6 WEEKS)

This class is ideal for those who have finished our Cycling Skills I class as well as for those who have been riding in a group for a while. We will review the basics of starting and stopping and will cover safe ways to paceline, corner as a group, emergency stop, as well as more advanced techniques for climbing and descending.

Outdoor Interval Training

Take your indoor training outside as the weather gets nicer. This will be our version of outdoor PowerWatts! 

  • Each session will focus on something different: power, endurance, cardio
  • Technical tips and guidance in each session.
  • A fun group environment to keep you motivated
  • Individual technical coaching as needed
